I just made the DVD available at

http://mirror.gflug.net/pub/CentOS-4.92-i386-bin-DVD.iso

or

ftp://mirror.gflug.net/pub/CentOS-4.92-i386-bin-DVD.iso

If you need the DVD for a different arch let me know.
