[CentOS-mirror] Rsync added. What about DVD isos.

For anyone that's interested kernel.org is in the final stages of
syncing (grabbing the dvd as we speak) and is welcome to second tier
mirroring.  If you wish e-mail ftpadmin at kernel.org with your mirror and
we will get you set up.
