[CentOS-mirror] added 2 new msync-dvd mirrors to msync.centos.org

OK guys ... I have added 2 new msync-dvd machines ... one in the EU, one
in the US.

So, if you are stuck on a really slow connection and syncing the DVDs
via msync-dvd, you might want to restart you sync.

It should split up the load a bit and should give out a geoip relevant
mirror.
