[CentOS-mirror] our mirror address

Hi,

I'm one of the system admins at Hacettepe University Computer Science and
Eng Dept. Previously Ersin Er from our department had initiated a public
CentOS mirror on our servers, served at http://mirrors.cs.hacettepe.edu.tr

A few months earlier we'd decided to limit HTTP access to all our mirrors
to internal machines only. This was done because we could throttle FTP
connections while there was no viable was to prevent abuse of HTTP ones
(we'd several problems due to people downloading with 10+ threads in
parallel).

Anyways, our mirror is now displayed as RED, so if possible could you
update the link to point to
ftp://ftp.cs.hacettepe.edu.tr/pub/mirrors/CentOS ?
