[CentOS-mirror] Syncing of CentOS 5 to mirrors.

...but must have missed it on the mirror list. When were we supposed to
have opened? Is it okay to flip the bit?

I exclude archs other than i386 from our mirror, but we appear to be
synced up with 12G in the centos/5.0/ dir.

http://www.centos.org/modules/tinycontent/index.php?id=13 says we only
have 3 and 4.
