[CentOS-mirror] Mirror down: ftp://ftp.inf.utfsm.cl/ ?

Hi,
I got this error when using yum on this mirror:

Searching Packages:
Setting up repositories
update                    100% |=========================|  951 B    00:00
ftp://ftp.inf.utfsm.cl/pub/Linux/CentOS/4.5/os/i386/repodata/repomd.xml: 
[Errno 4] IOError: [Errno ftp error] timed out
Trying other mirror.

The ping works, the problem is just the ftp server on that host

BTW, is there a way to tell yum to use only http mirrors?
