[CentOS-mirror] Mirrors out of date

Our main EU mirror is down ... that keeps all the other internal EU
mirrors updated.

I have a troublecall in with the provider (eurovps.com) ... if it does
not come back up soon I will shift all the EU mirrors to another master.
