[CentOS-mirror] Additions to Mirror List

I'm just curious how often the mirror list is updated with new mirrors. 
  I've seen a lot of users post offers for new mirrors here and I 
haven't seen any hit the actual mirror lists yet.  Are these done in 
batches?

We're still looking forward to becoming an active mirror!  Thanks.
