This mirror has NOT been added.  This mirror does not meet the directory
structure requirements for being a public CentOS mirror.

In this specific case the mirror should contain the following directories
and files at the root level of the mirror:

5/
5.0/
TIME
timestamp.txt
RPM-GPG-KEY-CentOS-5
