This mirror was added some time ago.  However, the reason it doesn't appear
to be listed in the mirror list is due to a timeout while trying to download
the TIME and timestamp.txt files.  This appears to be a bandwidth constraint
on your end as I cannot download these files in a reasonable amount of time
from multiple locations.
