[CentOS-mirror] rsync to us-msync.centos.org

i am always getting connection rejected (error max connections (40) 
reached) for the last 3 days or so when i try to rsync from 
us-msync.centos.org. i am a tier 2 mirror. i noticed that the mirror 
status page is showing 94 of 186 as current (meaning the rest 92 are not) 
- maybe because of the same problem?

ps: i tried syncing from mirrors.kernel.org and it went through, so now we 
are showing 95 of 186 as current ...
