[CentOS-mirror] How do I restrict our mirror to English only files?

you have the wrong list, please dont post messages like that here. This 
list is meant to be a communication channel between all the people who 
run mirror.centos.org machines and the external public mirrors from 
there. You should try the main centos list ( http://lists.centos.org/ )
