[CentOS-mirror] what should be in centos 5.1 directory?

i am the sys admin of the centos mirror at ftp.iitm.ac.in; i sync from
us-msync.centos.org. in the last 2-3 weeks, i seem to be having a problem
with the 5.1 directory - it keeps flip flopping between empty (but for the
readme file) and fully populated (os, extras, updates etc etc)  -
downloading and deleting a couple of gb every time. i randomly checked a
few mirros and this seems to be widespread. what gives?
