[CentOS-mirror] New Mirror

Greetings,

We set up a new mirror for CentOS on one of our servers. We are syncing 4
times a day from msync.centos.org.

At this time only http a available but we plan to support rsync and ftp
soon!

Our mirror is located in Haarlem, Netherlands
