[CentOS-mirror] New mirror in Moldova, Chişinau

Good day,

  FedoraMD.org - is a project to promote open source in Moldova. We 
already have Fedora, EPEL,
 and some 3rd party repositories mirrored.
Now we started mirroring CentOS.

 Since we have greater bandwidth available for MD region (this is not 
Maryland, but Moldova), we'd
like to be mostly country-wide mirror and be primary source for CentOS 
in Moldova.
