We used to be there a few weeks ago. http://www.centos.org/modules/tinycontent/index.php?id=13 only lists current (up to date) public centos mirrors as defined at http://mirror-status.centos.org/. The mirror-status page needs 4 hours to list all the mirrors. There is some issue with the lenght of the page, but it used to be a footer note there providing this information. As long as your mirror is listed here http://mirror-status.centos.org/ as up to date it will show up within a few hours at http://www.centos.org/modules/tinycontent/index.php?id=13.
