Please check: http://mirrorlist.centos.org/?release=5&arch=x86_64&repo=os&cc=es It is listed at http://www.centos.org/modules/tinycontent/index.php?id=13 as a Tier 1 mirror, but not in the list of mirrors for Spain, and also not listed in the mirror status page.
