The maximum traffic of CentOS 5.3 release we have observed at
ftp.riken.jp was about 1.25 Gbps as can seen at the URL of
We have 4 Gbps X 3 = 12G bps FC-RAID bandwidth and 10 Gbps
WAN bandwidth. We are afraid in the next release of Fedora 11.
During the, "rsync -avzH msync.centos.org::CentOS-incdvd ..."
We sometimes observed in the log such as
receiving incremental file list
Sometimes, .~tmp~/ directiries are created and removed in the next
rsync. What is it ? We are using rsync version 3.0.3.
