[CentOS-mirror] Removal of stage2 Images

correct, only the latest versions is kept for mirrors.
We only keep the previous release for a little time when releasing a new
version, just in case... 5.2 was there along with 5.3, but we have removed it
to make some room for 4.8 (while keeping 4.7 a little while).

All the deprecated versions are moved to vault.centos.org.
