It's should be up to date now (it takes 4 hours to check all the public
mirrors and de-list the out of date ones).

http://mirrorlist.centos.org/?release=5&arch=i386&repo=os&cc=lt
-> list a random list of 10 current public mirror around LT (country code=lt)
http://ftp.iasi.roedu.net/mirrors/centos.org/5.2/os/i386/
http://ftp.gts.lug.ro/centos/5.2/os/i386/
http://ftp.ines.lug.ro/centos/5.2/os/i386/
http://ftp.astral.ro/distros/centos/5.2/os/i386/
ftp://download.srv.ro/pub/centos/5.2/os/i386/
http://mirrors.xservers.ro/centos/5.2/os/i386/
http://ftp.nb.lug.ro/centos/5.2/os/i386/
http://centos.skknet.net/5.2/os/i386/
http://ftp.ps.pl/pub/Linux/CentOS/5.2/os/i386/
http://centos.politechnika.lublin.pl/5.2/os/i386/

What do you get on your side with:
http://mirrorlist.centos.org/?release=5&arch=i386&repo=os
and
http://mirrorlist.centos.org/?release=5&arch=i386&repo=os&cc=lt

Strange...
