[CentOS-mirror] AussieHQ - mirror changes

Hi Tru,

Just advising of some changes to our mirror (centos.mirror.aussiehq.net.au):

- We're now carrying all versions and all architectures (not just 3/4/5).
- Rsync is now available: rsync://centos.mirror.aussiehq.net.au/centos/
