[CentOS-mirror] New mirror

Hello.
Some monthes ago i made new CentOs mirror and now i want to add my 
mirror to official list.
Mirror locates in Russia, Moscow and have 1Gb link to internet.
Mirror supports ftp,http and rsync protocols:
http://mirror.svk.su/centos/
ftp://mirror.svk.su/centos/
rsync://mirror.svk.su::centos/

name of the mirror is simple: mirror.svk.su :)
