[CentOS-mirror] 5.4 updates question

The logic isn't there in the mirrorlist you are hitting.  If you want  
to force your mirror (which you likely do), then edit your yum repo  
configs to point to your mirror using a baseurl setting instead of  
relying on centos' mirrorlist.
