[CentOS-mirror] Proxy_cache_server and bandwidth manager

Dear all,
Can i use centos 4, for proxy, i want load 10000 user browsing load with src ip concept, proxy must save 40% bandwidth and huge cache.any suggestion appreciatable.

another topics,
can i manage bandwidth in centos, i want to mange dynamic bandwith manage, day slot, night slot. i hv worked on htb but not helpful. any suggestion is appreciatable.
