[CentOS-mirror] want to become a public mirror contributor

actually, it seems to have only the i386 iso images of 5.3, not the full
5.3 tree.

the location does not appear to be correct. the site shows as being hosted
at utah, usa. perhaps, the company is located in chennai, india but the
website is hosted in the usa?
