[CentOS-mirror] Decommissioning Mirror

[Brad Fair]

I've been asked to decommission the mirror at mirror.newnanutilities.org - it will be decommissioned as early as Friday. I'm not sure who I needed to notify to have it removed from the list of mirrors, so I thought this would be a good place to start.
