[CentOS-mirror] centos.dataplus.az mirror has been deleted

hi all.
given the fact that the central Data Center Azerbaijana officially placed
mirror Centos.
We believe that our continued participation as a mirror centos is not true
and meaningless
as well all inbound and outbound traffic in Azerbaijan including ours goes
through Delta Telekom LLC theirs mirror will work much stable than ours.
