[CentOS-mirror] Mirror Centos 5 and newer version

Hi Leang,

I do this by using rsync's --exclude-file=centos.exclude.

Content of centos.exclude:

/RPM-GPG-KEY-CentOS-2
/2
/2.*
/3
/3.*
/4
/4.*
