[CentOS-mirror] 5.5 plan

I actually had the issue where one of my mirrors synced to one of the msync servers and it --deleted all of 5.4. :(

Re-downloading... JOY!

I apologize it didn't delete ALL of 5.5 but it did delete quite a bit.
