[CentOS-mirror] DVD access

Hi Everyone,

I was in 'Coma' for last about 48 hours. Now Online again. Anyway, me
also want to be provide DVD ISO from my Mirror via FTP, RSYNC & HTTP
protocol.

Currently I am providing only public mirror with HTTP Protocol.
