mirrors3: Located in Amsterdam, NL
mirrors4: Located in Umea, SE

Choose the one closest to you if your using rsync, otherwise just using
mirrors.kernel.org will likely do the right thing.

In my earlier mail to help Prasad I had posted our upstream for DVD, and it
was mirrors3.kernel.org, as an MTR from our network usually show the best
results from there.
