Think, you have 2GB link and a P3 Winbox with IIS install, what will be result? On my Mirror in Bangladesh, South Asia, average bandwidth use is 150Mbps+ with Pick up to around 600Mbps. Actually most of user is directly connected with the data center I used to and it is 5 pc in same name. I use bind to load balance between 5 individual PC. I hope you understand the issue. If not, please reply again. Here in this list a lot of maintainer from your area is active who could give you approximate data transfer for your mirror.
