[CentOS-mirror] Terrible .edu mirror performance

Can you come up with a list of these ? I can then do some test and maybe 
look at plumbing in something into the mirror admin iside of things.

btw, how come you are not contributing to the .centos.org pool ( being a 
hosting company !) ?
