I just made an offer for a meeting via IRC.

Monday, October 18th, 20:00 UTC.

And keep in mind please that that means to move a *large* installed
set of machines over to a different mirror system. And that system is
run by a crowd which doesn't really like changes in their eco system.

So the more people can chime in with their knowledge ...

One thing I know is that we won't begin restructuring *before* 6 is
out. Just to give an unknown timeframe >:)
