[CentOS-mirror] CentOS Mirror Available - IL, US

They don't currently allow anyone else to DVD sync from Msync (I tried 
like two weeks ago).
They say the current mirror infrastructure would need a overhaul (Which 
I'm told is coming after the release of 6.x).
Your only way to get DVD's is to pull them off a mirror that already has 
them.
