[CentOS-mirror] Mirror issues

Hello,

I've submitted my mirror a few weeks ago but, as like others, when yum polls for the fastest mirror it never shows up. 
Also, looking at our server logs, no one seems to have connected using yum.

I've looked at the results of http://mirrorlist.centos.org/?release=5&arch=x86_64&repo=updates from our network and this is the output:
