[CentOS-mirror] new mirror in Bulgaria

Hello,

I have setup new CentOS mirror in Bulgaria. Initial sync is done, mirror 
script runs via cron every 6 hours (0 4,10,16,22 * * *) local time.
Here is the info:

Country: Bulgaria
City: Varna
Bandwidth: 100mbps
URL: http://centos.telecoms.bg/    ftp://centos.telecoms.bg/
sponsoring organization - Telecoms Ltd.   www.telecoms.bg
