So perhaps it would make sense to release the .iso's immediately via
torrent while the mirror tree still sync's itself?  Users who want to
be "early adopters" would need to accept it would be a few days before
the package tree is available.  It would also allow the .iso's to be
released in the mirror tree after the rest of the tree is already
sync'ed.
