[CentOS-mirror] Mirror centos.hostace.ru have high resourses usage

We have reached more than 1,000 concurrent connections to our mirror - users download dvd-images. It's loaded our processors by 90%, as a result, we expect short-term failures in the mirror in the next few days, if the load grows. The problem will be solved as soon as possible
