[CentOS-mirror] CentOS-6 CDs decision needs some stats

Sigh, AWstats...
That's not the first time I've suspected its data is incorrect.

My only guess is that its counting literal hits. Not complete downloads. 
The server only has 100Mb/s dedicated to it, So it would be impossible to 
move that much.

Sorry for "poisoning" the statistics pool :S
