[CentOS-mirror] New Public Mirror In Phoenix AZ, supporting FTP, HTTP and RSYNC

Can we update the web and ftp path to point to /centos instead of the
root folder?

I would like to possibly host another software package on the same
server.  I can move the files into the sub folder almost immediately
after I've received confirmation that the link has been updated
through the mailing list.
