[CentOS-mirror] We are set up new public mirror, please, add it to public mirror list.

After synching with msync.centos.org we are lost the CentOS 5.6 and all DVD's 
images. Now we are resynching with eu-msync.centos.org for proper mirroring. 
Estimated time about 8 hours. We are requesting to check 
http://76.79.76.39/centos/ - it's have very old stuff.
