[CentOS-mirror] new ftp and http mirror site from Asia University in Taiwan

Sorry for that we just adjusted our core switch to 10G equipment.
So it not able to resolve out host.
It should be ok right now, and please try to resolve again.

I am not even able to resolve that host:

ralph at oemcomputer:~$ host ftp.asia.edu.tw ;; connection timed out; no servers could be reached
