[CentOS-mirror] How much space is needed to host a full mirror?

We are also seeing around 111-112GB.
Using this command to rsync :
rsync -azHv --del --delay-updates --progress --contimeout=5 --stats msync-dvd.centos.org::CentOS /raid/mirror/centos

What are we missing ?
