[CentOS-mirror] extra files on centosn5 (88.198.211.197)

Fortunately, I use --exclude .~tmp~/ in all my scripts so our mirror is 
not heavily affected. However, it seems to me that there should be an 
on-boot script to run on restarted mirror to clean up mirror tree.
