Ive found online some replies with some tests including: disable fastmirror, disable mirrorlist on centos repo and enable baseurl, clean all but none of those helped me on resolve this issue. Is a CentOS 5.8 64Bit Server and is the only one that is facing this problem (other 5 server updated kernel without any issue on same OS).
