[CentOS-mirror] New mirror

Hello thank you all of the answers, one las question, the sync for the 
mirror site could be done from another mirror or shuld be from the main 
server?
Because it could be faster for me to do the sync from other mirror like 
mirror.chpc.utha.edu (Of course if the site admin allow me)
