[CentOS-mirror] New centos public mirror in China

Hi,

I have setup a new centos public mirror, please help me add it to
official mirror list. Here are details:

  URL: http://mirror.bit.edu.cn/centos/
  Schedule: four times a day
  Bandwidth: 100Mbits
  Hosting: Beijing, China
  Orgnization: Beijing Institute of Technology (www.bit.edu.cn)
