[CentOS-mirror] About the centos.ifce.edu.br mirror

This is the problem -- the mirror checking script expects to find the 
files at the URL you specified when you announced your mirror. It 
doesn't follow redirects.

Either you'll need to drop the /CentOS redirect (and move the files one 
directory level up), or someone will need to change your CentOS mirror 
URL to include /CentOS
