I'd like to tell that from now Centos mirror is available via http.

http://ftp.pbone.net/pub/centos/

By the way. Mirror connection speed is 1Gbps since two years, so you could change position of pbone.net mirror from Tier2 to Tier1 on mirrors webpage too.
